<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="font-family:"Cambria","serif""> </span><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">As many of you know, I’ve been hired by the Oregon Community Foundation to conduct
a needs assessment of Oregon’s public libraries. The goal of the project is to assist funders in identifying how best to support public libraries of all sizes as they provide 21st century library services to a diverse public. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="font-family:"Cambria","serif"">Today, I’d like to invite you to participate in an online survey that’s a critical part of this needs assessment. This survey should
