Nothing will ruin a good board-director working relationship faster than a board micro-managing the director or a director who does not communicate clearly with the board providing them with all the information they need to make good decisions within their
prescribed roles. This session will cover helping board members understand respective roles, including the difference between governance and management; onboarding, training, and succession planning; effective communication, and ways to engage the members.</span><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><o:p></o:p></span></b></p>
