[Prep] CUIDATE facilitator training

Hi Angie,

We are looking at possibly scheduling a ¡Cuídate!  TOF for Fall 2015 (Late Aug-Sept). But we are still in  the very beginning phases of planning. If anyone would be interested let me know and I'll keep you posted on our training plans.
