I would appreciate the information as well.  I am currently working with the Public School System in the Northern Mariana Islands on their first State PREP application (FY 2017 funds) and none of us know anything about OLDC.

Our colleague in Washington, Lauri, has a few questions about submitting her report in OLDC - Our PREP coordinator is out of town and I haven't used OLDC in a couple of years, so I am hoping one of you can help.
Lauri has reached out to her  project officer but has not received a reply.
I know many are at the topical training in DC.
