[Prep] 2016 Annual Meeting hotel reservations!!

For those who were at the 2015 Annual Meeting, I promised I would send out a reminder in the early part of spring reminding everyone who needs lodging to please book now! Last year, there were no per diem rates available at hotels in the Lloyd District or Downtown (which is easily accessible by MAX Light Rail).

I just checked and the DoubleTree across from the Lloyd Center mall, which is the closest hotel to our building, has per diem rates ($151 per night plus tax) available for Tuesday, June 14th - Wednesday, June 15th! Only one night of lodging (June 14th) is needed to attend the meeting!

I suggest that you book as soon as possible to avoid having to pay almost double the rates once spring and summer rolls around or commute in from Hillsboro!
