MITEY Change (Motivational Interviewing Training for Empowering Youth towards Change) was developed specifically for professionals working in adolescent pregnancy prevention and sexual health to build confidence and skills in effectively coaching youth on risky behaviors and healthy lifestyles.


Building these skills is more important now than ever, as we continue to see a rise in adolescent mental health struggles, substance use and other risks. Enhancing connections can help make what little time and interactions we have with youth that much more powerful.
