State Forests Management Plan (FMP) and the process for revising the “greatest

rule. The Oregon Board of Forestry has directed ODF to carry out these revision
processes. The GPV rule is the standard used – by law – to manage state forests
for broad benefits. Also, discussion on ways to improve implementing the FMP in

that deeded lands to the state, while maintaining environmental and social
