Executive Session for this meeting is authorized under ORS 192.640 (2) (g) for the discussion of federal competitive funding programs. Deliberation towards a final Committee decision and voting on proposed Oregon project rankings must be conducted in public session at the conclusion of the Executive Session.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%'>Members of the public are invited to attend and participate in the meeting. The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. The State Forest Stewardship Coordinating Committee also serves as the forestry subcommittee to the Oregon Technical Advisory Committee (OTAC), advising both the USDA Farm Services Agency and USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service on federal farm and forestry assistance programs.
