However, no policy or business decisions are planned, and the workshop format does not include a public comment period.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>The board consists of seven citizens nominated by the governor and confirmed by the Oregon Senate.
