This project is in response to direction from the 2011 Legislature to review the administration of the Forest Practices Act and make recommendations that could result in cost savings and improved customer service. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=IntroParagraph><span style='font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>The Department contracted with a business consultant to undertake an extensive analysis and redesign of Forest Practices Act administrative processes.
