10, 2016. Whether you run your own district buses or use a contracted service, it is the sole responsibility of each
<i>school district office</i><i> to return their report by <u>September 1, 2016</u>.</i> The superintendent or district official will sign forms requiring a signature. The information requested in this report varies, but includes your Bus and Garage Depreciation
Report, Transportation Information, Annual Vehicle Certification Report Addendum and Certification of Drug and Alcohol Testing Compliance. Forms will also be posted on the ODE Transportation Website by Friday, June 10, 2016<span style="color:#1F497D">
