From Greta.BERGQUIST at slo.oregon.gov Fri Nov 7 17:45:23 2025 From: Greta.BERGQUIST at slo.oregon.gov (BERGQUIST Greta * SLO) Date: Sat, 8 Nov 2025 01:45:23 +0000 Subject: [R2R-OR] 2026 iREAD Resource Guide Code and Instructions In-Reply-To: References: Message-ID: Hello Oregon libraries, Hard to believe in these dark and rainy fall days, but it's already time to think about summer! It was great to see some of you at this week's iREAD preview. Plant a Seed, Read is such a fun approach for our state - we have so many awesome potential partners! There's a lot of info below, you may wish to print this out for future reference. * I'm sending directions for accessing the 2026 Summer Resource Guide below. Please reply to both Jey (keeper of library contacts!) and I if you are not the correct person at your library to receive this message. * If you are one of our 50 smallest/most rural libraries we purchase iREAD coupons for, you'll receive an e-mail from me next week with your specific code. I'm sorry I wasn't able to get that out to you this week. * At the end of this e-mail I've listed 22 libraries we haven't gotten summer stats from yet. We really want to make sure all your kids and teens are included in this data and we're so close!!! Please let me know if you're having any trouble accessing the form or if there's a specific person I can assign the online report to in our system. Thanks! And now for the good stuff: How to Access the iREAD 2026 Resource Guide: 1. Open the link below to create/or log into your iREAD account. If you have not ordered from iREAD before, you will be prompted to create an account. If you have an existing account, you must sign-in: https://www.ireadprogram.org/redeem Note: This is a designated URL to redeem your code; you must use this link. Your code cannot be redeemed through the regular iREAD website. 2. Copy and paste the following promo code into the box provided and select redeem: 2026ORiREADRG 3. Once the code is redeemed, you can download the Resource Guide directly from the confirmation screen or from the emailed confirmation sent immediately upon redemption. The code should be redeemed only once per library. If you need to redownload the Resource Guide, do not redeem the code again; instead, find the confirmation email and access the download from there, or sign back in to your account and access the confirmation screen through your iREAD account. 4. Make sure you download both parts of the Resource Guide: o Download Part 1 (contains the chapters of the Resource Guide and a graphics preview only) o Download Part 2 (includes the ready-to-use graphics in various formats) 5. Once downloaded, the Resource Guide can be added to a flash drive for safekeeping and easy use throughout the library. The Resource Guide is yours in perpetuity; however, the code must be redeemed by June 1, 2026. If you have any questions or you need assistance with redeeming the code, please email iREAD customer service at iREAD at ila.org. Have a great time exploring the iREAD Resource Guide, it's a good one this year! And here are those libraries we need stats from, please let me know if I can help!
