to be smiling, talking a lot, relaxed, and at several stops even laughing! These observations indicate that most people seemed concerned about the proposed changes at the beginning, but comfortable with them at the end of road show sessions. (outcome indicator,

indicated the way I conducted the Road Show was effective for most participants. This will provide an opportunity for libraries that didn’t participate to do so and for repetition for those of us who need to hear things a couple times to feel we really understand
