now available online</a> and attached to this email. The guidelines briefly explain how to fill out the report form line-by-line. As usual, your report is due on December 1<sup>st</sup>.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Please remember to report on the amount of money you actually received and spent, not the amount you applied for—they may be a bit different unless you received a minimum grant. You can find out how much you
actually received via <a href="http://www.oregon.gov/osl/LD/youthsvcs/ReadytoRead/R2RprojectDescriptions2014-2015.pdf">
this online document</a>. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
