<p class="MsoNormal">The 2018 Ready to Read grant applications will not be available the first week in July, as applications have been in the past. The legislature is still working on the State Library’s budget bill (<a href="https://olis.leg.state.or.us/liz/2017R1/Measures/Overview/HB5018">House
Bill 5018</a>). We do not have an exact date when the budget will be passed nor when the applications materials will be available. We will keep you posted as we learn more details.
