<a href="http://www.oregon.gov/osl/LD/Pages/youthsvcs/R2R/Report.aspx">now available online</a> and attached to this email. The guidelines explain how to fill out the report form line-by-line. As usual, your report is due on December 1<sup>st</sup>.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Please remember to report on the amount of money you actually received in December 2016 and in June 2017, not the amount for which you applied.</span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> The amounts will
be different because every library received some of the Ready to Read funds that were redistributed after the closure of Douglas County Library. You can find out how much you received via
<a href="http://www.oregon.gov/osl/LD/youthsvcs/R2R/2017-TotalFundsDistributed.pdf">
this online document</a>. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">You have until December 31, 2017, to spend all your 2017 grant funds. If you haven’t spent it all by the time you fill out this report form, then project how the money will be spent by the end of the year
as best you can. You may <b>not </b>carry any 2017 grant funds over into 2018—contact the State Library as soon as possible if you have concerns about this.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
