It would make a perfect addition to early literacy trainings, showing a concrete example of how babies and children need to engage in back-and-forth interactions with caregivers to learn how to socialize, coordinate their emotions, and ultimately pick up the skills that are going to help them learn to read and understand what they read. It also helps to drive home why child-parent interaction is so much more valuable than child-TV interaction.
