outcomes for Oregon children ages 0-6 and their families. The ECCS project manager is responsible for implementing the federal Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems (ECCS) grant and plan. The focus of the ECCS Plan is to coordinate statewide developmental
screening activities for children 0-3 and to expand screening for those children at highest risk for negative child outcomes based on socio-cultural determinants of health. To fulfill this plan, the ECCS project manager will provide expertise, planning and
program development to ensure statewide capacity building in developmental screening and related early childhood services, and to leverage existing efforts across state agencies and multiple state and local organizations relating to screening and early childhood
health and learning. The ECCS project manager will also assist in assessing child care health consultant capacity statewide as part of the grant deliverables.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif""><o:p></o:p></span></p>
