<p class="Default">The Early Learning Funder’s Circle and Oregon Center for Career Development (<a href="https://www.pdx.edu/occd/frequently-asked-questions-trainers">Oregon Registry Trainer Program</a>) recognize there is a great need for Master Trainers who
are people of color and native speakers of Spanish, Russian, and many other languages spoken in Oregon. They are convening a committee to develop a program to increase the number of Master Trainers of color and who speak languages other than English. If you
