A friendly reminder that USCIS has virtual information sessions scheduled throughout the month of August.  Flyers are attached (state names reflect flyer with times in the corresponding time zone).

  *   Petitioning for Family Members: Tuesday, August 27, 2024

Postponed: Session on Parole in Place for Certain Noncitizen Spouses of U.S. Citizens
Please note that the information session on Parole in Place for Certain Noncitizen Spouses of U.S. Citizens (Process to Promote the Unity and Stability of Families) has been postponed.  The session was originally scheduled for August 13th, and moved to August 15th, however the session will be postponed until the Federal Register Notice is published to provide additional information on the process and eligibility requirements.
