<p class="MsoNormal">As you may know, the State Library is responsible for the LIBS-OR email list and the administration of its user guidelines. In that capacity, I wanted to let you know that we have received a complaint from another subscriber about the message
you posted on <a href="http://listsmart.osl.state.or.us/pipermail/libs-or/2019-October/026930.html">
October 31, 2019</a>. The complaint expressed the opinion that the tone of this message was “unprofessional” and was not “congenial”.
