<p class="MsoNormal">The Tigard Public Library is looking for a knowledgeable library professional with excellent supervisory skills to lead our Adult Services team. We seek a candidate who is detail-oriented, equity-focused, rich with emotional intelligence,
and passionate about serving community members through excellent library services. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the supervision and scheduling of the Adult Services team. You will both coordinate and participate in reference, collection
development, programming, and outreach activities. You will serve as a member of the Person in Charge team. You will also participate in development of library services through strategic plan implementation, innovation projects, and committee work.
