Good afternoon,



  1.  Board Meeting Notice:

The next State Board of Towing Public Board Meeting is scheduled for:



June 11, 2024

1:00 - 3:00 p.m.



The physical meeting space for the meeting is very small; members of the public wishing to attend must RSVP to the Board (info at towboard.oregon.gov<mailto:info at towboard.oregon.gov>) by Friday, May 31, to ensure adequate seating.



There is no limitations to online or remote attendance.



Work Session Notes from the March, April and May work sessions will be available on the Board's website by Monday, June 3, 2024.



Documents and materials for the June Board Meeting will be available on the Board's website no later than 3:00 p.m. on June 10, 2024.



  1.  Board Website Updates:

Recent updates to the Board website include:

  1.  OSP Division 50 materials have been updated to the amended rules effective 04/09/2024
  2.  Board Position descriptions, term dates, Board Bylaws, and how to apply for a Board of Towing board member position have been added to the About Us page:

  1.  Board Policy and Rules Advisory Group:

The Board is creating a Board Policy and Rule Advisory Group Email Distribution list to distribute information as it begins to develop and draft public policy and administrative rules.



The distribution list will be used to distribute drafts, surveys, and to provide information on public comment opportunities during regular meetings of organizations and board partners with an interest in a particular rule or policy.



Participation is optional, no in-person or meeting attendance is required, and you may opt out of the distribution list at any time.
