of the vehicle, attachments, and modifications. </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif"><o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l3 level1 lfo4"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">If a vehicle is used as a tow or recovery vehicle for compensation or as part of a business operation, it must have
a tow business certificate and TW plate as required by ORS 822.200 and DMV administrative rules.</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif"><o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l3 level1 lfo4"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">Vehicles used exclusively for repos, salvage, insurance contracts, and vehicles that may be occasionally called into
service for tow or recovery operations (even if the primary use of the vehicle is not tow or recovery) must have a tow business certificate matching the name on the vehicle registration/title.
