<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">Complainants will be contacted as their complaints are entered with more information.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">Complaints meeting the Board’s complaint criteria will be forwarded for investigation. Towers will be contacted as part
