"Transition Planning from High School to Adult Life: A Student Handbook

pdf> " is a revised version of our student transition planning handbook.
This guide is designed primarily for students who will be eligible for
continued State and Federal services after high school.  

"Transition Planner for Postsecondary Education

> " is a new booklet for students planning to attend college and/or
vocational training programs after high school graduation.   It includes
a detailed student planning checklist and four year academic plan for
high school, along with current graduation requirements for both regular
and modified diplomas.  Both booklets are designed to assist both
students and parents in transition planning.
