This 30-minute webinar will introduce five new online resources for families and adult students. Experts will discuss the importance of parental education and the research that shows it increases the likelihood of children attending college. Presenters will demonstrate how each resource helps prepare adult students for postsecondary education, and provide information on how to access and pay for college. The presentation will detail how the free resources can help parents-especially those with limited educational experience themselves-navigate the higher education system and guide their own children toward college and beyond.
Presenters:
* Laura Westberg, NCFL Senior Director
* Sylvia Cobos Lieshoff, NCFL Senior Training Specialist
