RE:  Public Release of the 2010-2011 Special Education Report Cards

The public release date for the sixth annual Special Education Report Cards is Wednesday, April 4, 2012.  In preparation for that date, please review the following timeline and documents that may assist you with this required public reporting:

April 2:  Final Special Education Report Cards Available to Districts and Programs
Final pdf versions of the 2010-2011 Special Education Report Cards are now available to districts and programs on the secure district site:  https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/login/.   Once you have logged in, use the AYP/Report Card application to view your English and Spanish pdfs.  Click on the Special Education Report Card in the drop-down menu in order to view the report card pdfs.

April 4:  Public Release of the 2010-2011 Special Education Report Cards
All district and program report cards will be available to the public on the ODE website
at http://www.ode.state.or.us/data/ReportCard/sped/.  ODE will issue a news release announcing the public reports.

Technical Assistance Documents
The 2010-2011 Special Education Report Cards and Technical Assistance Documents including distribution information, the English and Spanish Notes for the Special Education Reports, and the Technical Manuals are posted at the link:   http://www.ode.state.or.us/search/page/?=1831
