The message below is being sent to you on behalf of:

The High Cost Disability Collection is now open for 2012-13. This is the collection where you enter the actual amounts you spent on students eligible for the High Cost Disability Grant. Please remember the following items:

1.      Use whole dollars and round to the nearest dollar. Do not use decimal points.
2.      You are entering data for 2012-13 actual costs.
3.      Please enter all costs associated with the student, not simply the costs above $30,000.
4.      If the student has left the district, you will need to go into the SSID collection and reopen the student for the current year so you can enter 2012-13 data. If the student has moved to another district it is always nice to let the other district know that you are changing the SSID collection for that student to enter this data.
