RE: 2015 Procedural Safeguard Booklets Available


The 2015 Procedural Safeguards have been reviewed and posted to the Oregon Department of Education Website with no changes from the 2014 version.  The booklets are available in English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and Vietnamese.

Please inform all relevant staff that Districts are responsible for the printing and storing of all Procedural Safeguard booklets beginning this year.  Booklets are located at the following sites:
