ODE expects each EI/ECSE program and school district to proof its report card. Should you have questions or concerns regarding the data, the program or district will provide details of the correction(s) being requested through the Ask a Question option in ADI or to Robin.Shobe at state.or.us or (503) 947-5816. However, please be advised that ODE will not change any data that have been submitted and previously validated by the program or district. For additional information, please email ODE.SchoolAgeRpt at state.or.us or ODE.EIECSERpt at state.or.us. * April 7: Final Special Education Report Cards Available to Districts Final pdf versions of the 2014-15 Special Education Report Cards will be available to programs and districts in Achievement Data Insight on the secure district site: https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/login/. No changes will be made on or after this date. All program and district report cards will be available to the public on the ODE website: http://www.ode.state.or.us/search/page/?=1831.
