Attached is an update from the listserv that was sent on Monday the 23rd, regarding the OSERS Regulation Reform Update.  The document includes the reasons that OSERS (Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services) rescinded guidance documents as part of U.S. Department of Education's regulation review process.

The impact of the regulatory reform efforts are yet to be fully determined.
