IDEA Annual Application for Federal Funds (this is a paper data collection)
The District Annual Application is used by school districts to apply for 2018-2019 Part B Federal Flow-Through grant funds under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Part B Flow-Through Funds under the IDEA are provided to districts/agencies for programs and special education services to children with disabilities ages 3-21.

Application & Timeline:   The district application and instructions are attached to this email and are posted on the Data Collection webpage<https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/info/DataCllctnDetail.aspx?id=230&Collection_ID=1889>.   Completed applications need to be at ODE by June 4, 2018. You may email a scanned copy or mail the original. Do not fax your application.

Note: This will be the last year as a paper data collection.  Expect new and exciting changes for 2019-2020 such as an online collection format.
