Beginning July 1, 2019, the expansion of Developmental Delay takes effect pursuant to HB4067 from the 2018 legislative session.

We have attached:
(1) a guidance document intended to answer the most pertinent questions
(2) related draft OAR language for your review and input.

We welcome your feedback and will be going to the State Board next month for first read of related new and amended administrative rules.
