<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Arial">Within the next two weeks</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial"></FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"> <FONT FACE="Arial">the Department will be sending Maintenance of Effort pass/fail letters to district/consortium Superintendents across the state. We just received the first round of audit results from Jones and Roth, P.C. for the 2006-2007 school year. It appears that all but 13 districts passed on the first audit, and most consortiums passed, with 2-3 still pending. Please check in with your Superintendent to see the letter applicable to your district.</FONT></SPAN></P>
