cancelled the March COSA/ODE special education conference in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City

was very low and it was suspected that the current economic education issues
would make it very difficult for many of you to travel. We will plan to
make up for this cancellation by scheduling a video conference in the next few
weeks on some of the critical issues we were planning to present --- fiscal and
charter schools. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
