<div style="text-align: justify; ">The <b>public release date</b> for the third annual <b>Special Education Reports</b> is Wednesday <b>April 1, 2009</b>. In preparation for that date, please review the timelines and documents that may assist you with this
required public reporting.</div>

<div><u><b>Timeline/Corrections</b></u></div>
<div><b>March 9 – March 17: District Preview </b></div>
<div>Drafts of the 2007-2008 Special Education Reports will be posted on the secure district site for your preview: <a href="https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/login/"><font color="#0000FF"><u>https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/login/</u></font></a>.
ODE expects each district to proof its district report. </div>
<div><font color="#FF0000"> </font></div>
<div>If there are errors, ODE will expect the district to click on the “Appeal” button and provide<font color="#FF0000"> </font>the details of the correction(s) that the district is suggesting. However, please be advised that ODE will not change any data that
have been submitted and previously validated by the district. </div>

<div><b>March 30: Final Special Education Reports Available to Districts</b></div>
<div>Final pdf versions of the 2007-2008 Special Education Reports will be available to districts on the secure district site: <a href="https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/login/"><font color="#0000FF"><u>https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/login/</u></font></a>.
No changes will be accepted <u>on or after</u> this date. </div>

<div><b>April 1: Public Release of the 2007-2008 Special Education Report</b></div>
<div>All district reports will be available to the public on the ODE website. ODE will send a press release to the media announcing the public reports. </div>
