is a requirement of IDEA 2004. All districts and agencies using IDEA
funds <i><span style='font-style:italic'>must</span></i> report annually to the
state (a) the number of students who received Coordinated Early Intervening
Services, and (b) the number who received Coordinated Early Intervening
Services and subsequently received special education and related services
during the two year period after receiving Coordinated Early Intervening
Services. This information could change based on the recently released
federal regulations.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
