funding should be fully restored. In addition this bill provides general funds to districts to use exclusively for students with disabilities (HB 5055 attached). Attached also please find a copy of the message sent yesterday to all superintendents a</font>nd
business managers. I wanted you to have this same information. </font></div>

. While this trip was longer than expected we need to be thankful it got to the end of the process without any contention. The Department will be ready to make the necessary changes in terminology to all of our relevant documents immediately upon the Governor</font>’s
