trainings to become a Qualified Trainer. A flyer providing additional details regarding the 2011-12 training plan is also attached. </i></font></div>

<div><font size="3"><i>Funds are allocated to districts according to last year's Special Education Child Count (SECC) and special considerations (e.g. size of district). Funds for districts with a SECC that does not meet the threshold for direct funding will
be sent to their ESD for allocation. </i></font></div>
