<div><font color="#333333"><b>Oregon Extended Assessment Consequential Validity Survey</b> - The Oregon Department of Education is conducting an online survey of the social consequences for stakeholders, both intended and unintended, of the implementation of
the Oregon Extended Assessments (ORExt) over the past eight years. This effort is necessary both as a compliance initiative related to our statewide assessment Title 1 requirements, as well as part of our ongoing systems improvement efforts. We ask that all
education professionals who have any experience with the ORExt throughout this timeframe participate in this survey, which will be conducted on an annual basis moving forward. </font></div>

<div><font color="#333333">The survey opens on Thursday April 24, 2014 and will take participants 10-15 minutes to complete. You can participate by clicking on the “Take the Survey” link below, or by pasting the URL listed below into your browser. We request
