of an RTI based literacy system at the K-5 level. In addition, up to five districts will be selected to begin implementation of an RTI based literacy system at the 6-8 level. Districts that have participated in the RTI project in the past, and have a demonstrated
RTI model in place at the K-5 level may participate in the 6-8 level cohort. </span></font></div>
