Department of Education (ODE). In collaboration with the National Technical Assistance Center on Transition (NTACT), ODE is piloting a data-based decision making tool, the
<b><i>State Toolkit for Examining Post-School Success</i></b> – <b><i>STEPSS</i></b><i>,
</i>with five school districts. Oregon is one of only six states using STEPSS. <o:p>
