<p class="MsoNormal">The Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CEIS) Collection is now open. All districts are required to complete the attached CEIS 2018-2019 Collection Form by 10/01/2018.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Districts can<span style="color:#1F497D"> </span>voluntarily spend up to 15% of their 2018-2019 IDEA Part B funds toward CEIS (AOR 340). Districts found significantly disproportionate are required to spend the full 15% of their IDEA funds
on CEIS. You can find your district’s IDEA Part B Flow-Through estimates on the <span class="MsoHyperlink">
<a href="https://www.oregon.gov/ode/schools-and-districts/Pages/Special-Education-Funding---Reports.aspx">ODE website</a>.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
