<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The following is a revision of the timeline for Consolidated Plan Reviews in order to accurately populate District Annual Determinations (CFR 300.600). The information districts submit in their consolidated
plan is used to determine the status of indicators B9, 10, 11, & 13 in the Annual Determinations each district receives June 30th each year. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Due to the timeline in which states are to provide annual determinations, final review of Indicators B9, 10, 11 & 13 will need to be completed by June 1 (instead of June 30). We apologize for any inconvenience
this date change may cause for districts.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Therefore, allowing for the possibility that a district(s) may need to resubmit plans, the review timeline for Indicators
