Department of Education (ODE). ODE reviews your district’s data for compliance with federal and state Special Education regulations and provides notification of findings (compliance and noncompliance). We appreciate your submission of the FFY 2018 Procedural
Compliance Review (PCR) data related to the Oregon State Performance Plan (SPP) and Annual Performance Report (APR). ODE has reviewed your submission and is providing this notification of findings as per
