Our partners at Samaritan Health Services Health Education Department via the Regional Health Education Hub<https://samhealth.org/patient-visitors/health-resources/community-workshops-and-trainings/> are offering a hybrid online and in person Freedom From Smoking workshop. Anyone in Oregon can register and the workshop is free! For those of you who don’t know: “Freedom From Smoking is a workshop for people who are ready to quit tobacco. Learn how to decrease cravings, create your new self-image and develop an action plan for your quit day.”

If you’ve thought about connecting community members or patients to a Freedom From Smoking workshop, this is a great time to do it. Registration/contact info is on the attached flyer or here:
