[Self-Management_OR] new chronic disease data available

Hello friends and colleagues,

OHA recently launched its new set of chronic disease data, which it does annually. You can find our most current data here: https://www.oregon.gov/oha/PH/DISEASESCONDITIONS/CHRONICDISEASE/DATAREPORTS/Pages/Adult-Prevalence.aspx

Included in the data portal is information about Arthritis (have people ever been diagnosed) and physical activity (are people exercising outside of work), for those of us who are focusing on arthritis and falls prevention work. You can click on the Adult Chronic Conditions, Adult Risk Factors, and Adult Protective Factors buttons to see information about arthritis and physical activity.
