<p class="MsoNormal">We are working hard to collect all the data from Stanford programs (Living Well, Tomando Control, DSMP, etc) that occurred in 2014. If your organization held a workshop last year and you have not yet sent in the workshop data package,
please do so as soon as possible! If we receive the 2014 data no later than <b>
January</b> <b>16 </b>your organization will receive textbooks for each participant that attends a Living Well or Tomando Control workshop in return, up to a maximum of 10, for each workshop data package.
