the ability to reduce the risk for transitioning from prediabetes to type 2 diabetes by 58%. In order to meet the needs of the 86 million Americans with prediabetes we need all hands on deck!<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">To meet the needs of the 29 million Americans who have diabetes, Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) and
the Stanford Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP) are effective ways to help patients manage and cope with their chronic condition. This webinar will articulate how the National DPP, DSME and DSMP can be employed to improve the health of Oregonians at high
